What are the payment options?

We currently accept Paypal and Sezzle and Credit Cards.

What is your return policy?

For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: digital items, items that have been used, items whose original packaging is not intact, items that were received damaged but were not submitted for a shipping insurance claim. 
25/% restocking fee for returns and shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to the incorrect order being shipped or the item is received damaged. 
Damaged items must be reported upon receipt and be accompanied by photos.
Digital items are not refundable under any circumstances once they are downloaded.

Do you sell gift cards?

We don't currently sell gift cards, but if we have enough interest we will offer them in the future.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to ship same day as payment for orders placed and paid for prior to 3:00 PM CST. Some orders may possibly be shipped same day after 3:00 PM CST, dependent upon the shipping quota for that day.
During times of extremely high volume shipping needs, we will ship within 1-3 business days.

Do you sell gift cards?

How long will it be to receive my order?

We ship same day or next day, typically. How long it takes to receive your package depends upon the carrier. 
We currently only ship USPS Priority but occasionally UPS when the cost is significantly less than USPS Priority.
We have found these to be our most reliable shipping sources and typically items arrive within 3-7 business days during peak season and soon during non-peak seasons. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays once we give your package to the carrier.
